Our recent stay at Book Apart Fabryczna in Lodz was a pleasant experience overall. The apartment was small but cozy, with a well-equipped kitchen and a spacious bathroom with a large shower. The location was fantastic, within walking distance to Lodz Fabryczna Station and Piotrkowska Street. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the apartment, as well as its warmth during our stay.

Despite these positives, there were a few drawbacks. The lack of insulation meant that we could hear our neighbor snoring, which was a bit disruptive.

I had a really great stay, with location really close to train station.

We stayed for 2 night and truly enjoyed our stay. The building was just off restaurants, and the city center, nonetheless its area was not very nice. A fridge, an electric kettle, and a microwave oven were handy.

The location of the apartment is great, as it is close to the city center and just a short walk from Lodz Fabryczna Station, making it very convenient for both exploring the city and traveling around. the apartment itself is cozy and well-equipped, with a nice kitchen and a spacious bathroom featuring a large shower.

One downside is that the apartment is located on the 4th floor without an elevator, which can be challenging with limited mobility or heavy luggage.

It had a particularly good setting adjacent to restaurants and clubs, the airport, and train station;))

The property had great city views and free WiFi, which was a plus. The paid airport shuttle service was also convenient, although I needed a helicopter to get to my floor.

Who needs an elevator anyway? Climbing four flights of stairs to the 4th floor without one was just the workout I needed.
